I have never had any animosity towards my customers, but you really made me feel your shamelessness.
You just wanted to get free access to these products. You had ordered the same batch of products in July without any issues. Then you continued to order in August and told us that the sizes were not consistent and the shoes were too small. Even when you said the goods were not suitable, you still put our products on your children.
Although we knew your demands were extremely unreasonable, we still chose to refund you $100.
You are really greedy. You want to get the full refund.
We told you that if you want the full refund, you must return the goods to the US warehouse. You were unwilling to do that either.
So you told me, what else can we do?
